Today, the number of operating lighthouses is decreasing; they are being replaced by more modern and safer methods of preventing accidents on the water. However, this can make these places more romantic, similar to the romance embodied in today's ideals of the Middle Ages.

I believe lighthouses bring happiness. Unfortunately, the number of active lighthouses is decreasing. Soon they will serve as a decorative function. I decided to pay tribute to the lighthouses that have saved many lives. Pigeon Point Lighthouse is a lighthouse built in 1871 to guide ships on the Pacific coast of California. It is still an active Coast Guard aid to navigation.

Yashma this is the nickname of our beloved dog, which is almost 3 years old. Her name means beautiful jasper stone. The idea to create this work was the desire to participate in an exhibition with the name "Yellow",Colors of Humanity Art Gallery.
