I have painted since I was a child. I was self-taught a long time before I got invited, in 1985, to join Pierre Alechinsky's atelier at the National Superior School of the Fine Arts in Paris.  I graduated in 1989 and pursued my studies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, Denmark.
 My paintings are exhibited in galleries and museums in France, Denmark and Scandinavia.

 My work has always expressed an obsession for Time and its priceless corollary, Death.

I am thrilled by impermanence, the transient aspect of life which goes from cradle to grave and is repeated from one person to another.

I think that any art demanding the artist's total commitment is sacred. 

And, as Louise Bourgeois said: Art is a garantee for sanity!
