Amidst my busy work schedule, juggling 3 kids, managing the household, I somehow magically find precious time to throw myself into a world of strokes and colors. Creating these art pieces has been a reverie for me.

This piece is painted on linen canvas (usually I use white cotton ones). I have been waiting for the right painting for this canvas. Wanted it to be something that can showcase the beautiful linen colour as the base. Absolutely love this piece!

Inspired by the conversations I had with a friend on painting trees. Trees symbolizes life, growth and renewal. For me, it symbolizes strength and resilience.

Base layer was painted with some thick paints to create some interesting textures first. I wanted to try some muted colour palette this time round, accentuated with some gold.
