Elisa Liu (b. 1988) is a contemporary visual artist, based in Singapore, who works primarily with texture mediums and acrylic paints.  Using bold colours, textures and dynamic mark making, she aims to create works that evoke emotions and feelings in people.

This painting is made to invigorate the viewer with the energy from the ocean, and serves as a reminder that life is a beautiful state of constant motion.
