I'm a determined self-educated artist. I have been improving my skills continously over the years. My main tools are Acrylics and a self developed mixed media technique where I use all kind of liquids, spray paint, metal leaves  and others to create the unique and vibrant atmosphere of my works.

With this piece I go deeper into the field of nature, flowers, blossoming and landscape. I wanted to capture the essence of a red sea of flowers where the single blossom is almost disappearing and combine it with an imaginary golden sky. the blue-violet tones in the middle indicate a time of the day in the early morning or late befafter sunset somewhere between day and night. The picture should be located somewhere between an abstract work of art and a landscape painting. I wanted it to appear as an abstract work of art at first glance but on closer inspection also to give the impression of a landscape.

My art reflects a passionate interplay of color and form. The combination of acrylic and gilding creates a dynamic surface that invites the viewer into a dance of expressionistic and impressionistic elements. The minimalist and semi-abstract elements emphasize the sense of freedom and intuition I experienced during the creative process. This work brings a strong energy to any space, a mixture of warmth and creative spirit. It is quite an expressive painting of a poppy landscape disappearing into the distance. For me, the focus here was clearly on the colors. I wol the painting is semi-abstract and minimalist, yet full of passion and energy. The warm reds and shimmering gold create a space of reflection and deep emotional echo on the threshold between dream and reality - a work of art that brings energy and inspiration to any home.

Cherry blossom - the name says it all: it's a picture of nature's rose-pink riot of color in spring, when the cherry trees are in bloom. The blossoming of the cherry trees is a unique spectacle that only lasts for a very short time. With my painting, I want to capture this enchanting wonder of nature and bring a little bit of it into the home, where you can enjoy it all year round. The picture is only semi-representational. I wanted to concentrate on the incredible radiance of the colors and the positive radiance of this incredible abundance of nature. Exact details were of secondary importance. This picture will enchant any room and bring a touch of spring into it.

A collage-like arrangement with three swimmers in the middle. Semi-realistic. In the tradition of works by Edward Hopper, David Hockney and others. It is connected to many themes around health, beauty, sports, diving, swimming, summer, vacation and others. Nevertheless, I wanted to leave plenty of room for interpretation. An atmospheric picture in which it is all about the cool, fresh water, the wide, blue sky and the natural joy of the wet element.

I liked the idea of Piet Mondrian's abstract squares meeting Keith Haring's figures. He uses a very similar visual language to Mondrian: clear monochrome colors, clear, defined shapes and black lines. Both approaches are very similar and yet fundamentally different. Mondrian remained very abstract and mathematical, while Keith Haring brought his lines to life. Although his drawings are very simple, the figures come to life in an intense way. It seemed natural to me to combine the two, as a tribute to the artists and their unique, sophisticated and profound minimalist art. The straight squares come to life and begin to dance.  A unique and inspiring painting.
